"I stayed here 6 years ago and when we decided to come back to Cambodia I knew I wanted to stay at the Sarai resort and spa again. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pools are perfect for the hot weather! I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Our first visit to Cambodia and so impressed with the staff at Borei Angkor and the hotel in general. So friendly and helpful. Organised two days of transport and a guide for the temples which was a great experience. Food options excellent with lots of breakfast options included in the price. Nice pool area. If you want some nightlife then Pub Street takes about 20 mins to walk or 5 mins in a Tuk Tuk. Unreservedly recommended if you are visiting Siem Reap. "

"The experience was mediocre right from the start when the pick up wasn’t on time, then the room allotted had to be changed twice as the first room allotted was supposed to have some known pipe issues, the second room allotted was already occupied! When room service was ordered, the used soup bowl wasn’t removed for two days! Room service cleaning was requested but didn’t happen till the evening where the staff had to be reminded. "

"Wonderful classic feel of European Villa in the exotic Far East. The room was pleasant and airy. We found the room did not let in enough natural sunlight the bulbs being energy saving did not light up enough. They scheduled a private party at pool side with real bad EDM with Chinese singers which only hit the high notes off tune. Made for a uncomfortable sleeping. "We really enjoyed our stay here and were disappointed to leave! The property was well maintained and safe, the rooms were very clean, spacious, and well decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable! Although it's a bit out of the downtown core we always found a tuk tuk immediately and it was just a $3 ride to downtown. The staff was always helpful when needed. I would go back in a heartbeat! "
