"The hotel room and other facilities are clean. I have my grandchildren over for a visit and they love the pool. It is very clean and well maintain. The staffs are very friendly and courteous. We have breakfast package in our stay and the food is fabulous, lots of varieties. The hotel is walking distance to many tourist attractions area, such as pub street, night markets, etc"

"Absolutely faultless 99% of the time, I could see that on our last day the restaurant staff were hard pushed over the breakfast period as the service was not as good as the 3 mornings before. However everything else was superb. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future."

"Great stay. The staff was amazing and very friendly. They answered any questions I had including some random ones. I had an Angkor Wat tour scheduled for early morning. They put together a breakfast for me that I was able to take. It was ready for me at 4:30 when I left. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. "

"The lobby and rooms were impeccably clean, setting a warm and welcoming tone when you walk in. The staff at Sokha are outstanding—always smiling, welcoming, and eager to assist with any needs. Special mention to Mr. Sambom and Mr. Saroven, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. "Beautiful rooms at a great price. Staff was super helpful, restaurant had good food reasonably priced. They helped us arrange bikes, tours, and tuktuks into town. Pool was beautiful. Very quiet. Only complaint was that the room had a huge, beautiful bathtub but not enough hot water to fill it."

"The experience was mediocre right from the start when the pick up wasn’t on time, then the room allotted had to be changed twice as the first room allotted was supposed to have some known pipe issues, the second room allotted was already occupied! When room service was ordered, the used soup bowl wasn’t removed for two days! Room service cleaning was requested but didn’t happen till the evening where the staff had to be reminded. "

"Wonderful classic feel of European Villa in the exotic Far East. The room was pleasant and airy. We found the room did not let in enough natural sunlight the bulbs being energy saving did not light up enough. They scheduled a private party at pool side with real bad EDM with Chinese singers which only hit the high notes off tune. Made for a uncomfortable sleeping. "Our first visit to Cambodia and so impressed with the staff at Borei Angkor and the hotel in general. So friendly and helpful. Organised two days of transport and a guide for the temples which was a great experience. Food options excellent with lots of breakfast options included in the price. Nice pool area. If you want some nightlife then Pub Street takes about 20 mins to walk or 5 mins in a Tuk Tuk. Unreservedly recommended if you are visiting Siem Reap. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful, It was convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel since the immediate neighborhood doesn’t have too many dining choices. (there’s a lot of great food in Siem Reap that’s a 15-20 walk or 5-10 min tuktuk ride away). We only tried the Khmer dishes and they were delicious, The pool area was a lovely place to spend time. There were always tuktuks outside to take you anywhere you wanted to go for a very reasonable price. All in all it was a great place to stay and a very good value . The coffee at breakfast definitely needs improvement."
