"The staff was amazing. The minimalist firefly room was perfect. The location was great. Only minus was the breakfast inclusion which was unclear and when served was underwhelming. "The hostel location is great, really close to everything. Nice place with a small swimming pool and common area. The staff super friendly. I joined to a sunset tour in tuktuk, it was way better than a big tour I had somewhere else. I totally recommend this place. Only thing is that they turn off the AC from 10am to 6pm Wich didn't bother me since I was outside, and didn't feel that hot in December."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! We had a huge family room that was modern and spotlessly clean. Wifi was reliable and fast and the beds were really comfy. It's in a great spot down a quiet side street but a short walk to the main sights in Siem Reap. Plus the pool is fab! The owners were amazing - so friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to help with recommendations and onward travel bookings. "

"We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. The a/c turned on but did nothing to cool down the room and the fan on the wall only oscillated about twice before sticking. There was a bracket on the wall where the tv once was and the electric wires sticking out of the wall where the shower once...
