"High end hotel with all the facilities you could wish for. The gardens & fountains are immaculately kept. Many quality restaurants with a huge selection of world cuisines available at your finger tips. We had a luxury ground floor room with a private pool & gardens sweeping onto the beach. I would think no room would disappoint as everything is superb. Needless to say the staff were exceptional, going above & beyond. I cannot fault my stay there."

"I grew up in this city in the 60s, my grandpa would take me on his Vespa around town, when we passed the Morin I was so in awe of the sight, fast forward 60 years later here I was staying at this hotel for 4 days. The experience was beyond my expectations from the room, hotel courtyard/garden/restaurant, the foods were amazing and the bonus was the staff A , everyone went out of their ways to make my stay memorable, for sure I will stay here again. "Had a wonderful stay here that we extended twice - we really enjoyed Hue, and this was an ideal location. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a very western-business aura. Lovely view of the river. Not tons of character but very well done all around. In our particular room, the mattresses seemed aging and weren't my favorite, but they were comfortable enough and again, very clean. The head of service, Van Duc, was helpful and so charming. He physically walked me and my mother to a pharmacy and helped us there in order to make sure my mom got what she needed, and was super knowledgeable about travel options with good prices on offer. He single handedly made this big fairly impersonal hotel feel welcoming and warm. And the food! A breakfast buffet that took about 5 minutes to do a lap around, with tons of Vietnamese, Chinese, and Western options including egg and noodle stations. Restaurant/lounge/in room dining super expensive though. All in all we loved our stay!"
