"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great down an alley off of the busier roads. There we a bunch of nearby restaurants, bars and stores. The room was plenty large with a good sized shower. There was a nice little balcony. The bed was a little firm, but that seems to be the norm in Vietnam. The top floor had a pool, kind of a bar and spa services. We had a beer up there and enjoyed the nice view. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. They provided information on visiting some of the sights around town and set us up with a drivers. Recommended!"

"Staff, service, cleanliness of room, location were all exceptional. Only a 4 star for property condition because the toilet didn’t flush very well and the ceiling fan speed didn’t work well. Otherwise the property is kept in excellent condition. We would highly recommend a stay at the Melia Vinpearl in Hue!"

"Beautiful and luxurious hotel in a peaceful setting, slightly outside the downtown area but still walkable to everything. Room was comfortable. Pool area was immaculate and not crowded. We paid a small upcharge for breakfast (about $9 USD per person), for possibly the most opulent breakfast buffet I have ever seen. This is a great choice if you want a more luxe experience as opposed to a less touristy one."

"The service is what made this stay amazing. Don’t be put off by the somewhat tired communal areas. The pools are super clean and beautiful, the rooms are lovely and clean and well maintained, the food was fantastic. The spa is fantastic and worth every penny. What really stood out was the amazing staff. They went out of their way to make sure we had a 10/10 stay, shout out to Cam and Loan who couldn’t have done a better job. We had an amazing few days chilling, definitely recommend stopping here for a few days for a relaxing pit stop of your travels!"
