Even from the first phone call my partner made to this hotel everything and everyone was so gorgeous , friendly , specially reception and the guy who's in charge of water sports due to them, the pools, room and the amazing private beach I have to say it's one of the best hotels in Thailand. We loved the water sports and the pool OMG the temperature was amazing - the best we had in all of thailand . The room we got was amazing a wonderful tub and big clean wonderful room with view to the ocean. The only downside of this hotel is location (very far from everything else, not even 7/11 nearby and hotel restaurants not cheap) and I have to say also the breakfast was also a bit disappointing, not what I expected from 5* luxury hotel like that. But I can't complain I enjoyed my time there very much and I recommend this hotel for couples and who ever that want to relax and enjoy nice beach and pools. "

"Fig your looking for the ritz Carlton this is not the place. But if you want a clean quiet place with staff that should be at the ritz, this is your hotel. This is my 3rd visit and when I’m in Krabi this is one of my best to go hotels for a quiet rest. The pool although not large is perfect for a quick dip in the afternoon "

"Kind of a premium single person capsule for the price of a dorm bed, with a lockable door, a mattress, and enough space for luggage, as well as a small shelf with a power outlet, a main light and a reading light. AC is only on between 17:00 and 9:00 so it gets really hot during the day, and the hostel common areas are all in the open as well, so there's no place to escape from the heat, but it's not a problem if you spend the day exploring. In my room the AC was quite noisy and distracting, I'm not sure it's the same for all rooms. It was also not very strong so it was still a bit hot in the room during the night. The wifi was quite poor and slow. Everything seems to be kept very clean, including the shared bathrooms and showers, which are gender separated. The receptionist was super friendly and eager to help with any of my questions. Location is great, very central and easy to get to with public transportation. Motorbike rental is also available at the property for a reasonable price."
