Close to shopping and Restaurants. 20 minutes away from the Airport, Old town Scottsdale 15 minutes, Downtown Phoenix, University of Phoenix football stadium. 10 minutes away from the TPC golf range, Kierland mall.

The Space:
Smart TVs in living room, master bedroom .Bring your Netflix, Hulu etc account and never missed your favorite episode.

Sleeping Arrangements: 1 King Bed, Three queen beds

KITCHEN ACCESSORIES: Dishware/flatware, cookware, glasse, coffee mugs, Keurig Coffee/Tea Maker, skillets, salt/pepper/spices, blender, toaster, refrigerator equipped with ice maker/water dispenser, other appliances, etc.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Featuring washer and dryer and ironing board with iron.

ACCESSORIES: We have luxurious bedding throughout the house, extra pillows, WI-FI, hairdryers in bathroom and electronic key pad code door lock so everybody can come and go as needed without a key.

Home is professionally cleaned before every stay, comes with clean linens, towels, soaps and everything else you will need for a comfortable stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to entire house including two car garage. Great big private back yard fully enclosed . Pool is situated right outside the patio. This cozy house is perfect for entertaining.

The Neighborhood:
Play a few holes at the nearby Casino Golf Courses, go hiking in the surrounding mountains, and hit the shops at Old Town Scottsdale, Desert Ridge, and Scottsdale Fashion Square mall. Both downtown and the airport are a short drive away.

Getting Around:
Uber, lift will take you the short distances to restaurants shopping and night life spots. Need more information on other modes of transportation, ask us.

Several friends and myself stayed here. Everything was clean and the house was amazing. It was perfect place to stay while we went out and played golf at several courses including TPC. Easy short drives to all the courses, Airport, and the city. I would highly recommend anyone in the group size to consider staying here!

Your vrbo was very spacious and accommodationing for our stay. We appreciate all the nicely stocked items that you provided and extra blankets and pillows to ensure everyone was comfortable. The house layout is wonderful, and the backyard is definitely private and inviting for sure. The seating inside and outside is plentiful for a large family like ours. The master bed is comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Nice house with a relaxing atmosphere inside and especially the back yard. We very much enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing in the clear skies. The only complaints were the neighbors 4 barking dogs

House was exactly as described. Ready to go upon arrival. Location was easy access to all major roads helping with travel around Phoenix to the golf coarses and made it easy to use Uber when we were unable to drive. Weather was cod so we didn't use the pool but hot tub and putting green were awesome. House was stocked with all needed utensils. Beds were comfortable.

Nice home and conveniently located. Didn’t get better rating because we were unable to use the pool, (not heated). Had been looking forward to that.

Thanksgiving week
Location was perfect, central to hiking trails and grocery stores. House was comfortable and stress free. We enjoyed the use of the hot tub but the pool was too cold this time of year to enjoy. Lots of backyard space for the dogs. Everyone loved the putting green; a huge hit for the teenagers. House was well stocked with essentials for cooking a thanksgiving dinner. We had a great stay.
