This property has everything you need for a vacation with your friends. While the property is older, it's comfortable and well stocked and the backyard with heated pool is great. The owner was very responsive when we needed to communicate an issue.

This property has so much potential but I think we stayed here when it just needed a little more maintenance and overall inspection prior to our arrival. The outdoor space is great but the landscape needs freshened up. With a few simple maintenance items, I think this property could be great.

Perfect home for making memories!
We enjoyed this house so much! It had plenty of room for our group! We spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard swimming, bbqing, putting and relaxing! We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect Family Vacay
Clean home with lots of space for 8 people. Pool, hot tub, golf and bocce were awesome for kids. House is 20 minutes to all major attractions and in a nice neighbourhood. Highly recommend.

Final Four trip
The description of the property was accurate and it was clean. We found the location convenient. The reason for my lower rating was the property has not been maintained. There are a lot of weeds in the back yard and the planters have dead plants in them. Even spraying the weeds would be an improvement.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood
Nice house in a quiet family neighborhood. Had everything we needed to be comfortable. Clean, well maintained with a very private backyard. Close to I17 so very easy to get anywhere in Phoenix area. Pool was a little too cold to use in early March but we still put our toes in! We would definetly stay here again!

The house is fine, but the service we received was terrible. My mom, sister and I and our three teenage girls were there for a family girls’ trip. When we arrived we discovered there was 6 towels for the entire week. When we contacted the manager to request more towels we were told that their policy was one towel and one washcloth per person. We said that we had 5 girls with long hair so we would need at least two towels each. They refused and said we could use the outdoor pool towels if needed. Even after we argued, they refused. To make matters much worse, when we we lifted the lid to use the hot tub, we discovered the water was green and smelled horrendous! When we contacted the manager, they sent a pool person over to treat the water. He said we had to wait a few hours before we could use it. We used it the next day and my youngest daughter ended up with hot tub folliculitis - a terrible rash caused from dirty hot tubs. We spent the rest of our vacation dealing with that rash. And to make matters worse, two large dogs next door barked incessantly. We’ve done a lot of vacation rental homes. Never have we had a bad experience with service like this.

A great get away for our family
This property has a great location and comfortable accommodations. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The laundry machines did not work great, but other than that, it was perfect for us. The putting green was fun, and even our 2-year-old enjoyed it.

Great family gathering
We had a great long weekend. The pool was great to relax by and swim in, hot tub was clean. House was very comfortable and perfect for accommodating our family of 6 adults. Great places to hike close by, Phoenix Botanical Garden is wonderful. We would stay here again!

Girls trip having fun chasing the sun!
4 longtime girlfriends getting away, 2 celebrating birthdays and just hanging out enjoying the sunshine and being together. The house was perfect and better than expected. We basically wanted 4 rooms with full-size beds ( which we had, 1 king & 3 queens). Beautiful accommodations all around and an amazing backyard with pool, hot tub, lots of lounge chairs and places to hangout in the sun or shade. A cute little putting green and bocce ball. If we had our husbands along we know they would have loved the BBQ set up! We will recommend and if we come back will check out availability! Very close to shopping and dining too!

March getaway
The house was well stocked. There were plenty of towels and kitchen items. We loved the outdoor pool and patio, which is where we spent most of our time when we were at the house. The home contacts were very responsive. It was perfect!
