"Eine sehr freundliche Familie betreibt diese kleine Unterkunft in einem sehr sauberen modernen Haus in der Altstadt von Hue. Wenn man einigermaßen gut zu Fuß ist, kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne weitere Hilfen erreichen. Die Patronin, seit 15 Jahren Witwe, spricht Französisch aber nur wenig Englisch, die beiden Söhne, 27 und 19 Jahre alt, sprechen gut Englisch. "It was our first time in Hue and we enjoyed the location so much. Our room overlooked the Perfume River and there is a lovely pedestrian riverwalk. A number of vegan restaurants were also within close walking distance. The staff were all helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious and had some vegetarian and vegan options. Thank you to Hai and Quy in particular for making our stay a great one. When we come back to Hue, we will definitely stay here again. "

"Had a great short stay at Hue Sweethouse. Sam & Moon, the hosts are super helpful and we took their advice on some of the must see spots in Hue. We are now salt coffee converts and really loved our convenient spot, close to all the main attractions and the walking area of Hue. Breakfast was great, room more than comfortable and loved the friendliness & good communication our host’s offered."

"No elevator. I booked 3 rooms (2 rooms for 5 days, 1 room for 2 days, 2 persons per room). The first question the owner asked me (Do you want to upgrade? Upgrade for what? Lower level-for how much? Bla bla bla…or you can take one bigger room at lower level in exchange for 2 rooms you booked, the prices I (the owner) posted on Expedia was years ago, now they are much higher, bla,bla,…I do not want to continue the conversation,etc."

"This small hotel was a little bit quirky but I had an enjoyable stay. The staff at this hotel were all very nice genuine people and I thought it had a relaxed atmosphere about it. The room was a good size for me and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was okay and you could always ask for more tea or toast if you wanted. Would recommend in this area."

"They bend over backwards to help you in every way. It's a great hidden gem. Just too far for us to get to the town. The bathroom needs a good clean, it was so bad we didn't even take a shower as it was full of someone else's hair... lucky for us it was just a one night stay! It it was clean it would have been. Completely diffrent experience but they do have a great thing going t hats for sure!"
