"Carlon was exceptionally responsive and helpful with our problems. He brought 3 space heaters when I complained about temp in house. Problem ( common) with water ants! Mattresses need to be upgraded. stove us gard to figure out which burners work and which don’t. "

Beautiful sunset views here as well as through the big living room window. I was worried when I went to check info in my emails and didn’t see any confirmation or welcome emails. "This was our second stay at this home and we love the place! I really do not like Vacasa. They only have a robot to communicate with that never solves anything. Just repeats itself! There were no coffee filters so I went and bought some for 6,50 and the robot tells me they don’t offer filters! Of course they do!! as it’s part of the coffee machine and I should be refunded for that. And I left them the filters for future guests. Also I like to have until 11am to leave. Vacasa refused to grant me...
