Absolutely gorgeous condo with over 1200 sq ft with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 3rd floor of a luxury secured building in the heart of Sint Maarten’s capital, Philipsburg, and one of the best beaches on the island – the Great Bay. You can forget about noisy hotel hallways; with only 2 units per floor, this building offers private entrance to the unit occupying half of the floor.
The unit features a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops along with all cookware, bakeware, and dinnerware one may desire. The large open concept floorplan area also features dining area, living room with bay window, and tiled floors throughout. There are 3 balconies – two face the beach and the beautiful turquoise waters where you can witness daily arrival and departure of cruise ships visiting the island, and the third faces the famous Front Street with a perfect seat for the island’s many exciting parades. The building also offers gated parking, secured key-card entry to the lobby, convenient elevator, beach lounge chairs and umbrellas.

The condo is fully furnished and decorated with exquisite mix of Indonesian, European, and Caribbean furnishings. We want to ensure that your stay with us is one of a kind and we are committed to ongoing upgrades.
Our building association provides 2 lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach per unit thru a 3rd party service. While this is provided 99% of the time, we are not responsible for any interruption in this service (for example due to weather, sickness 3rd party provider, etc). Also, when needed additional chairs may be rented directly from provider.
Please note:
1. We intentionally do not have screens on our windows. While strive to provide an amazing experience for you, please keep in mind that you are renting a private home where selection as to amenities and comfort are made primarily by the owner. Please do not rent with us if having screens on windows is a "must-have" for your stay, as it is not a feature we are interested in having in our home.
2. Both the unit owner and the Home Owner's Association do not allow use of staircase located in the back of the building accessible from the living room balcony. Please note penalties imposed for such use in House Rules.
