Staff were great too, communal areas welcoming and pretty, rooms pretty spacious. Incredible panorama of the mountains and sea surrounding 360 from the rooftop terrace. Would definitely return if staying in Chaam again "

"The maid can be rude. She sprayed copious amounts of disinfectant spray in my room, but not other rooms. It made me feel discrimination and seemed to imply that foreign people stink. I was having plumbing trouble at home so I rented a room for a week so I would have a place to shower. So it's not like I had stinky dirty clothes or durian in the room. I would come in the morning and shower then leave again. That particular day I had additional appointment so I returned to the room to take an extra shower. The room was so full of disinfectant spray that a window had to be opened. I had only been gone 3 hours. That was incredibly rude, childish, and very racist. "

"In terms of value, it doesn't really get better than that. Easily walkable to private beach area with lots of amenities and includes breakfast. Staff was attentive and customer service was impeccable."
