"Amazing staff. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the pool was a favorite for my toddler. Lots of activities for the little one. Quiet and far from the busy city but a 20 min grab taxi ride gets you to markets and mall. "

We celebrated an anniversary and the staff gave us cake, rose petals in hearts on the bed and generally created a special event. We stayed in the club rooms (6303) which was huge and we could see the ocean which was lovely. There was no wet smell in the room from air con so that was great. The room had everything we need and a nice outdoor balcony with a day bed. Big screen tv and you can log in to...

"Not all boutique hotels deliver. Putahracsa does. Friendly service, good facilities: pool, plenty of loungers, both restaurant and cafe serve high quality food. And they include the 10% service charge and 7% tax in the prices shown - much more helpful to see what you will pay for something! Only downside is it’s a short drive to town but they provide a one way service every two hours and a Grab car is two or three pounds only. And no sittable or walkable beach at that bit of the shore line "

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Easy access to the beach down the side of the hotel and across the road from Market Village. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was adequate for our needs both thai and foreign options. Used the gym everyday and it is basic but ok for our needs. Being opposite Market Village was both a positive and a negative. Great for popping over whenever you needed something but very noisy at night with the bands playing. The music is the same every night...
