"Right from the start the room was falling apart. 1. Fridge not working, 2. Hot water not working 3. Then the toilet broke and I was told that it wouldn't be fixed until the next day. I checked out after three nights even though I had paid for seven. I was told that there would be no refund. Not even worth putting on Expedia. Don't book this place "

"The staff are super friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was great, but it is difficult to maintain certain aspects of property in a tropical climate. This had no impact on our stay - thoroughly enjoyable. The breakfast was unexpectedly tasty!"

"It was very fun and quiet. We had trouble trying to locate it but called the number and our taxi was able to get there. After that everything eas just perfect. It was a very spacious house and a beautiful pool. We had a lot of fun."

"Sliding door to pool lock DID NOT work. Told management about it and was supposed to be fixed, but didn’t happen. No safe in room so I was constantly worried about belongings and safety. Pool dirty and had trash floating in it. Had to ask for room to be cleaned, fresh towels, water etc"

The bathroom was nasty they cleaned supposedly every day but the same hair which was not mine was in the shower everyday roaches where in the kitchen on the counter top when cut kitchen light on only good thing was in a neighborhood can walk to night market at motor bike was in front of property to get around"

"Nice spacious villa but needs much better maintenance. Property is in a village setting with security at main gate. Property can be accessed by car, bike or by taxi. The blinds in the main bedroom downstairs are dirty and guests can be seen from outside at night when light on in bedroom. They need to have a proper curtain. Kettle and toaster don’t work properly. No TV in two out of the three bedrooms. Tv in lounge small. Aircon in back downstairs bedroom dripping. "

"坦白說剛開門的時候，我有點失望宣傳照片照的太美好房間很大，浴室也不小沒有廚房，只有三個盤子和刀叉其實我想建議屋主，換個門也換個鑰匙（竟然還用鎖頭），房子多種一些雞蛋花或其他植物感覺會比較好這裡適合開車族，不要人家打擾的住客用bolt叫車到市中心約80-90泰幣，半小時車程（摩托車）但床鋪很好睡，也很乾淨（不會發癢）如果喜歡陽光是很合適的地方我還是會列入下次考慮的住宿地點"

"Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Mit dem Auto oder Taxi ist man schnell im Zentrum. Das Haus wurde in regelmäßigen Abstand gereinigt und die Bettwäsche / Handtücher getauscht. An Komfort fehlte nichts. Die Ausstattung ist für 10 Personen vollkommend ausreichend. Insbesondere "Nick" war stets bemüht den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Sie stand bei Fragen immer bereit. Tag und Nacht. "Nick" vielen, vielen Dank."

"The rooms and bed are really large and comfortable particularly the pillows. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Whilst the hotel is in a quiet area it is still walkable to the main entertainment area. Definitely would recommend to family and friends."

"The entire staff is excellent in all areas.Their team was resourceful, very nice, always polite. My Cleaning Person named “Wipha” Greet me daily with a beautiful smile. Did her duties cleaning in an outstanding manner consistently. Anytime I visit “Pattaya” I planned on staying at Somerset hotel. Thank you"

"This was my first time in Thailand and will definitely not be my last. The staff at the Siam Siam made my stay extremely pleasant and fun. The property is centrally located to all of the Bars, clubs, restaurants, Beach and other points of interest. It has very good, A.C., hot water and wifi, I also felt extremely comfortable walking around day and night. The staff went above and beyond to cater to the needs of the guess, especially a young lady named Orange. She was extremely pleasant, helpful and responsive and, always with a big warm beautiful smile. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to family and friends. "
