"Rooms are not Soundproof as advertised. I could hear road traffic and doors in hallway close, like any hotel. Classy hotel and shower was high up, hot and great water pressure, although some black mould was starting to show in ceramic tile grouting. Wonderful swimming pool area! Also able to walk to big local mall! "

"Beautiful property. Great pool, big rooms, great Italian restaurant on the river, breakfast was amazing, and the old trees and landscaping was really special. Felt like a little oasis in Chiang Rai, yet not far from many of the highlights. "

"Service was quick and efficient, and everyone was very friendly. This is a newer resort so the rooms and other facilities are in perfect shape and very clean. Large breakfast buffet plus a variety of made to order drinks and dishes. Menu included several egg options, waffles, French toast, and Thai dishes. Trips were effortlessly organized without a detail missing."

"I had stayed here for 4 nights and it was ok, not bad but not great either. The bed is so uncomfortable it’s hard as a rock. The walls were super thin so people out in the hall way were walking us up every morning. But besides that the location was perfect, the staff was really nice and the breakfast was really good as well. Probably wouldn’t stay again but it worked for the short stay"

"All the staff are friendly and helpful. Top grade for the staff. Reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff and even carpark attendance. Down side is the sound prove system need to upgrade. Can heard other room alarm setting off."
