"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The first time was good. This time however they didn’t have me the room I reserved and paid for. I have to ask to change room to a sea view room. I booked a Deluxe sea view room which in the past was a larger room. They first gave me city view room on the second floor which is smaller and noisy. "The Anam was the perfect beach hotel in south Vietnam. Fantastic staff and service, very friendly and helpful with very good English skills. The views, rooms, pool and beach were all perfect.
