"The Alma resort is truly an exceptional family friendly resort. Every day there were tons of activities for children and adults, like the kids club, water park, and 12 different pools. The food is amazing and we loved the breakfast options. All the specials were great as well like happy hour at the beach club. The staff are all incredibly kind and remembered the eating preferences of my daughter and brought her favorite vegetables at dinner, or my coffee preference at breakfast in the morning. Even though it’s a big resort we never felt like there were too many people and there was just enough attention for us from the staff. The spa experience was also amazing and we’ve left the resort totally rejuvenated. This resort was fantastic and we cannot wait to visit again! "

The gardens were lovely, and the pool was really nice. The restaurant was really good for dinner, and breakfast was fantastic as well. It was nice and quiet In The night. "We had a lovely stay at this amazing resort with such friendly and attentive staff. There was an impressive large variety of food available for breakfast. Veganism has barely reached Vietnam, however the chef was able to accommodate our needs, albeit on a limited selection. They clearly prioritised customer service which showed. We were particularly impressed with Hưng, Guest Experience Manager and Thiên Trường, F&B Supervisor for taking very good care of us. Thank you and to all your colleagues who always greeted us with a smile. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a spectacular seaview. The resort is some distance from town, however they provided a free of charge twice daily shuttle bus service.
