"This house is truly a gem and could not have a better location. Who stayed here? My dad in his 70's , 2 sisters, and 4 girl&boy cousins aged 3-7 and I stayed here and really had a great time and took some very nice pictures with cute kids in matching pajamas that will be framed bc the lighting was great.we had a babysitter come 3 days and she kept them occupied with everything the house offers. We were 4 minutes from Ichiban, a 5 minute walk to Ardmore coffee. Really a great place, and...

"From check in to check out everything was seamless. The house and grounds were beautiful, there is even a kiwi tree! My family loved the gym (especially the exercise swing) and the kitchen had everything we needed. So much care and attention to detail by the owner. We will definitely be back!"

"We rented the property for our O40 soccer team for a tourney in Winston. It had plenty of room for the crew with lots of beds. The location was good with a nice wooded backyard. The house was fine, but could use some updating and probably a bit more seating options in the living room and king suite upstairs. Also, sponges or scrubbies in the kitchen would have been nice. All in all, though, it served the purpose and was a great house for our needs. Juan was really responsive and a great host."

"Overall we had no issues, we didn’t realize it was an attached residence but that may be my error. It was a bit hard to find late at night. We also didn’t expect there to be as much emergency vehicle/traffic noise. The location is next to a busy road and the fire dept is a short distance away. We would stay again it’s a good location in terms of distance to where we needed to be. "

"This is house is amazing, it was perfect. Initially, it was supposed to be for just four ladies we ended up growing to eight ladies. This house was ample space and had everything we needed. The host Lina was responsive and quite accommodating when an early arrival was needed. I meet up with my friends annually in this area, we will definitely book this property again. It has all the comforts of home. "

"The house was spacious and warm with the wood floors. Large bedrooms and great tub. I (being a retired certified Executive Chef) loved the kitchen. Great Viking Range, gas with a griddle (yes we did pancakes) great refrigerator, large sink and plenty of counter space.Great front porch!"

"The property was super nice and very clean. We had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was super simple. Communication between the property manager was always very swift in response and thorough. The neighborhood felt very secluded and safe. Looking forward to repeating our stay when we come back to wonston salem for the next convention downtown!"
