"We had a great time in Angie and Philipp’s property. It was by far the best place we stayed in our Europe trip. Angie met us on arrival and showed us the place. Then my kids played soccer and hide-and-seek with hers, which was the highlight of their trip so far. They also really enjoyed the matchbox cars and toy horses. Everything was very neat and tidy. "Wonderful beautifully designed and appointed new apartment. Amazing hosts who also run the local Hotel Gerl which we were able to access too - a unexpected bonus. Great place to stay and relax with parking available or within an easy bus ride into Salzburg town centre and the station. Totally recommend."

"Only 20-30 from Salzburg by train, this apartment is clean, comfortable, and convenient. Everything was communicated well The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Ainring is a quiet town with a few coffee shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The local train service both to Salzburg and Berchtesgaden were always on time We had a fabulous week We highly recommend the Hahnei-Huaba restaurant that is a 20 min walk from the apartment."

"Samantha and Arne have done an amazing job of transforming their historic property into a modern space. Yet the historic is maintained with exposed parts of the old building. They are a very friendly couple and Heidi their dog is sweet too! In a group of farm houses and modern homes it combines Bavarian country with the conveniences of a larger town. We loved it!!!!"

"Fascinating historic building and street and great location for walking to the old city, Mirabelle Palace, restaurants, and nature trails. We loved the view of the fortress from the rooftop terrace. Note that there are shared washing machines but no dryer. There is a large drying rack. We loved the touches of stone peeking out throughout the building. Quiet street given how handy it is to everything. "

Die Wohnung lag etwas außerhalb von Ruhpolding mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge und Wiesen, Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen, Ausflüge, Besichtigungen im Chiemgau bis ins nahe gelegene Österreich. Nette Gastgeber, eigener Swimmingpool im Garten, alles gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt viele Lokale und Almen mit gutem Essen, nicht überteuert, allerdings muß man überall vorher Plätze reservieren."
