"Federica and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts - great communication throughout the stay and always available. The house was immaculate and well presented. The pool and facilities (swing, table tennis, football pitch etc) were superb. Views were incredible and the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend this villa for a restful break!"

"Het vakantiehuis is ruraal gelegen in een prachtige omgeving. Wie houdt van rust kan hier erg genieten! Het huisje zelf is eenvoudig maar smaakvol ingericht. Alle basics zijn er maar geen extra luxe zoals een vaatwas, airco of wasmachine. Alles is heel netjes en schoon. De eigenaren zijn geweldig lieve mensen die vlot bereikbaar zijn. Wij hebben er erg van genoten!"

"The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

"The home has everything you need for great dining. Chairs, sofas, beds and bedding al clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Easy to travel anywhere in the area, which we did every one of the eight days we were there. Pictures shown in advertising are very accurate. "accueillis de façon particulièrement sympathique par les propriétaires Graziana nous a appris à faire les pâtes, nous a fait goûter de délicieuses tartes et organisé un reps de recettes ombriennes délicieux. Maurizio nous a emmené voir les deux chapelles qu'il a retapées avec sa confrérie et expliqué les fêtes qui s'y déroulent encore le 8 septembre. La nature est sauvage et belle. Un super endroit pour des vacances au calme et dans la nature."

"Andrea has such a beautiful oasis that he has tended to with much love and care. The house is so special and spacious. It has everything you need. The view is unbeatable and allows for you to completely unplug. We were there for two weeks and were so warmly welcomed with thoughtful amenities and loads of good information to fill our week. We even had a dental emergency and Andrea helped us get an immediate appointment with a great dentist. Anything we needed we got. The sauna was the cherry on...

"Die gemütlichste Woche seit langem ❗️ Wir waren mit drei Hunden im Urlaub und haben ,trotz nicht vorteilhaftem Wetter, jede Minute genossen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar umgeben von Natur. Der Ofen mit Sichtfenster - genug Holz vorhanden - wärmt das Haus. Das Sofa direkt davor könnte etwas größer sein. Die Gastgeber sehr bemüht. Als Gast können wir uns nur aufs herzlichste bedanken. Wir kommen gerne wieder für einen längeren Aufenthalt 🤩"

"Pour nos premières vacances en Italie nous cherchions un lieu tranquille loin de l'agitation des grandes villes. Petrella Guidi est l'endroit idéal. Le village est magnifique et le gîte exceptionnel, surtout la salle de bain. Les chambres étant à l'étage inférieur, la température était de maximum 25C°, alors qu'à l'extérieur il faisait 40C°. On aurait apprécié : - des moustiquaires aux fenêtres des chambres - quelques ustenciles qui manquaients dans la cuisine - un micro-ondes - un ventilateur...
