"The house was spacious for 6 women celebrating birthdays. Great location for exploring Harbor Springs and Petosky. We had beautiful weather so enjoyed the patio. Lots of good restaurants nearby and we even had great pizza delivered from BC’s on night. Would recommend for anyone who doesn’t mind stairs. "

"Nice, clean home on inlet lake that channels to other waterways and lakes. The grandkids enjoyed the sandy beach front. It is on a busy but convenient road. Our family of 6 adults and 2 children had plenty of lounging area, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The kitchen was great with 2 convection ovens, large island, and walk in pantry. Close to Mackinaw, Boyen Mountain and Petoskey. The only thing I would warn about is no air conditioner. We stayed in cooler fall weather so that was not an issue for...

"Location was excellent as expected for the price. The house was in good condition but there are a couple minor downsides for consideration. There is no HVAC upstairs which can make for uncomfortable sleeping. Also right now there’s heavy construction going on next door which causes a lot of noise and many people/trucks coming and going throughout the day. "
