"Lovely location with charm and a mix of modern and Victorian decor. Rooms are on the second and third floor. To my knowledge there is not an elevator. We are able to do stairs but just something to note. Also, we felt the temperature was too warm for our liking. We tend to keep our homes cooler so this may be personal preference. This location is perfect for sporting events!"

It is conveniently located downtown next to the historic Guardian Building, River walk and Grand Circus Park Historic District, and Fox Theater. We waited 45 min in line to check in, multiple parties had issues as the hotel seems confused about amounts to charge if you are a hotels.com customer.
