"I had a little mix-up with my reservation (totally my fault)! The young lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I was on the verge of a mental breakdown due to a series of unfortunate events. She was so helpful and so very sweet. After we got everything settled we went to our room. I had my teenage daughter and her friend with me. They wanted to get a drink from the vending machine. I thought they were going to the one on our floor but they ended up going to the front desk without telling me because the vending machine would not take the cash. When they returned to the room, the phone rang. It was the sweet young lady at the front desk, making sure my girls made it back to the room safely. My daughter plays travel ball so we travel a lot and I have never had the front desk check on us! I didn't get her name but I hope she knows she is amazing! "

"Overall, we were very pleased with our stay of two nights. We have found that we never go wrong with Hampton Inn & Suites. This location was close to fulfilling that potential; the only (minor) issues were a loose grab bar in the shower and the toilet handle was a little loose. My wife felt the floors were not quite as good as we expected, but I thought they were fine. The location did look a little run down in the elevators. But, the staff and service was beyond exceptional, especially the two ladies who did the breakfast each morning. If the waitstaff in America were only partly as good as they were, we'd have a better country. I'm serious; I have never encountered a more helpful or friendler breakfast staff in all of our travel experieinces. And, the breakfast itself was really good. Overall, I'm ready to go back the next time we are in Laurel."

"Desk attendant was very helpful. We had been traveling for several hours and were very tired but it was before check in time. She found us a room that was already clean and ready so we could rest a few hours before our event. This was extremely helpful and appreciated!!!!"
