Stairwell-had to take bc elevator wasn’t work…disgusting carpet. Met with overwhelming smell of weed in the main lobby upon arrival…then the second day met with it when entering back entrance. Then met with it as staff was cleaning room across the hall.

I stayed here for one night when I was traveling for business. Let me start by saying Christian was AMAZING. He was so personable and knowledgeable. He made check in seamless. The elevator was not clean and when I got to my room, I realize it was not the room that I booked. However, the stay was nice. Could use more cleaning but it was great for the price.

In our first room, there was not block out curtain or shade to block out the light. There were missing screws from the lock on the door. The charging outlet were broken where you can charge your phones, etc. At one point in the early morning, I was awoke out of my sleep by a man yelling and I was afraid for myself and my kids. The cleaning ladies and staff were friendly and nice. My second room, there were a lot of charging docks busted, rust, chipped paint and there wasnt a freezer like the first room at the top of my mini fridge. The desk looked broken and patched back. The drawer looked broken by the little closet cabinet. Great water pressure in both rooms. Was disappointed by having no shampoo in the second room. I had body wash and 2 hair conditioners. Breakfast, i wish was later than 9 am and 10am.

I enjoy staying here because the staff is pleasant and they did an ok job on updating the place. Upkeep, however can be difficult and expensive. I get it. Room 411 is next door to guest laundry. A cool amenity, but the constant ringing of the machines did not make for a restful stay. I could hear every word of the maid’s conversations in the morning. Every. word. Just like as if they were in the room with me. I fixed the toilet on this room. Where should I send the bill?
