"We arrived very late, and the staff waited for us and helped us park. Very grateful for their service. Also, the hotel is right next to the big main Piazza and near the small Colosseum."

Enjoyed the outside beach area and thermal pool on our first day, second day the weather was cool and windy day so the thermal pool was not warm enough. However we chose to spend that day touring Sirmione. It’s very walkable from the hotel. "

"I stayed in a studio apartment, which belongs to the hotel (just next door to the main entrance). Great location - relatively close to both the main train station and Verona centre. A small kitchen area with all the necessary equipment (fridge, small cooker, plates, pans, etc.). Comfortable bed, great bathroom with Jacuzzi shower. I had a small patio - great to sit outside. Room cleaning was very diligent. "

"Fantastic, clean hotel right in the heart of Verona. Ideal location for great food and drink at either Piazza Bra & the arena, or Piazza Erbe & many other sites. The spa was an added bonus, as is the beautiful rooftop terrace for a nice glass of wine or a spritz with a view of the arena. Staff were excellent and super helpful. Would highly recommend"

"We only stayed for one night but loved the hotel and would definitely come back. It was a short bus ride from the airport and then all the shops/restaurants/attractions were within walking distance so the location was perfect. The staff were lovely and friendly here. We also had a drink in the bar as we wanted to sit in the bar/lobby for a while as it was just so nice. Our room was a decent size and just overall a lovely stay here."

"This is probably the best hotel I've stayed in. I didnt actually realise I'd booked a 4* but you cpuld certainly tell. Someone took my bag at the door and to my room. The location is absolutely ideal. Perfectly between everything. As a solo traveller the room was just right and i had everything I could need. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and hope I can return soon!"

"Stayed in this hotel for a single night as part of a tourist trip around Verona and lake Garda. This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff were super friendly and polite. They helped us book a restaurant in town for dinner. Breakfast was also excellent. Hotel was clean and modern inside. Highly recommend staying here. "
