"Had a great check-in with impeccable service and explanations (even escorted us to room to show how to use doors). Accommodations were as stated and it was a relief to find thia place after having to check out of a terrible hotel earlier."

"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not.
