The staff takes care of any needs you have; their transportation provision to and from the airport is excellent... being there at 4:30 am to take us. The rooms are well-equipped and roomy; and clean. "Excellent location, quiet neighbourhood directly across the street from the U line subway. I didn't hear any noises at night besides one ambulance during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped although we didn't use it. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Bathrooms were both huge. The only thing to complain about was that the floors were not very clean and there was a sock from the previous guests left on the floor in one of the bedrooms. Bring slippers!"

"I highly enjoyed my stay. Everyone at the facility was extremely nice and welcoming and always looking to help. The location is roughly a 30 minute walk to city center, or at most a 10 minute walk to the tram and tube. The room itself was kept extremely clean and the additions of little chocolates and tea bags on the table made it very welcoming upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again."
