"This hotel was a gem!!! The hotel owners live on site and were able to help us quickly when needed. The room was outstanding and quiet!!! No sounds from neighboring rooms or from outside, despite being in the center of a bustling city. Would highly recommend!! "

"Clean, quiet place. 15 minutes by tram from most of the attractions. Pretty big supermarket 50 meters from the place. Opens at 7 am. A few restaurants in walking distance. Friendly staff working at the hotel. We have arrived early, so we could leave the luggage at the hotel. Definitely recommend if you like to stay in apartment type of hotel. "

"I highly enjoyed my stay. Everyone at the facility was extremely nice and welcoming and always looking to help. The location is roughly a 30 minute walk to city center, or at most a 10 minute walk to the tram and tube. The room itself was kept extremely clean and the additions of little chocolates and tea bags on the table made it very welcoming upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again."

"Easy to get into, great location for sightseeing and for Vienna pass bus stops. The only problem for us was the heating, centrally controlled, and much too hot. We had to keep opening windows to cool the studio down. The shower was excellent, rain shower didn't work well but the other head was very powerful. Great bed, very clean, lots of room. No English tv channels, slippers or iron and hairdryer was awkward to use with holding handle down, but none of this particularly mattered to us because...

"Wonderfull appartment, brandnew and very luminous due to the big windows in the attic. Communication excellent . Only problem we had with not enough hot water,cehich was fixed promptly "

"Communication was great. As American travellers on our honeymoon they gave everything we needed and even left a note and champagne in the fridge. (We don't drink but the gesture was much appreciated). You can walk to bakeries and restaurants and the metro in just minutes. Schonnbrunn is a 12 minute walk but the gardens are only a few minutes away. The room was clean and well stocked and the bed was large and comfortable. 5 stars, you really cant ask for more. "

"Chose the hotel because we had an early morning flight. There were a lot of negatives unfortunately. There was a stink from the sewer through out as the common washroom was ajar. The same stink pervaded our room washroom also. The shower stall has no place for keeping our soap dish. There was no soap provided and the dispenser near the sink was empty. We travel with our own toileteries, so we made do. Main issue was that the owner refused to take part payment in forints. We have done so in...
