"Everything was good except that elevator is not going to drop you off at the floor in which you would like to get down. If you have big suitcases it's going to be challenge. The entire apartment complex is not physically challenged friendly. Rooms are tiny but they are very clean. Appliances are new and they are well maintained. They give free water which is really tasty. Everything is automated that sometimes you feel you need to talk to someone. It's possible but not that accessible. "

"Really lovely apartment with character. We travelled as a group of 5 and apartment was very comfortable and big enough for all of us. Reception really helpful and friendly , although not right in the centre you can still walk to a lot of places. Highly recommended."

"I highly enjoyed my stay. Everyone at the facility was extremely nice and welcoming and always looking to help. The location is roughly a 30 minute walk to city center, or at most a 10 minute walk to the tram and tube. The room itself was kept extremely clean and the additions of little chocolates and tea bags on the table made it very welcoming upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again."

"Fantastic location, close to centre (cathedral) but in a quiet courtyard. Really stylishly decorated, well equipped with lots of nice touches, comfy bed and brilliantly clean. Comms and self check in were perfect. The bathroom door is just glass, of which only 50% is frosted, just FYI for other guests!"
