"Wonderfully sized room and bathroom! Good value. Very pleasant proprietor. Did not like that cat/cats had been in the room, and there was a constant, but mild kitty litter odor. I need protein for breakfast so I missed that being part of the breakfast."

"We decided to host our daughter's sweet 16 birthday party here and it was the perfect setting and the perfect party to celebrate such an amazing young woman. She and her friends all loved it there and they had everything we had forgot to bring. I have 2 more daughters that will be turning 16 one day so this may become a tradition. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Highly recommended."

"A truly memorable weekend was had celebrating our patriarch's 80th birthday on Silver Lake! The cottage was clean, spacious and cozy, and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. We would absolutely rent again!"

"Ed was absolutely amazing and he made sure we had everything we needed! We arrived to a bonfire already lit and ready, condiments, food, dessert, and drinks waiting for us! Ed was quick to respond to my messages if I had any questions and made the whole check-in process a breeze! We will definitely be visiting again!! "

"First of all, I was sceptical about pricing and the host. Renting from an unknown host be difficult. BUT after living in Kokomo for 47yrs and moving to Florida 8yrs ago things can change. Well...It didn't The House The Host were Perfect! I felt like I was Home again.After Reading the Reviews of this House I found out that some people You can NEVER please...Take out ALL of the Negative feedback and You have a GREAT Place to stay when you're in or around Kokomo,IN.We'll DEFINITELY be staying there...
