"Great place to stay when visiting Meteora"

"The room and hotel were lovely. The owners put on a delicious breakfast and were great hosts."

"Liked: • Nice interior – very traditional and attractive • Ended up using the lobby balcony which was nice • Good breakfast in a pretty dining area • Very nice, helpful staff. Really appreciate them explaining how to visit the monasteries and other sites • Kastraki is a really picturesque Greek village • Appreciated the coffee and hot water in the room Disliked: • Not much floor space in the room • Very small balcony in room with no view. • Shower was really hard to use, one of those annoying handheld shower heads that you can't get set up to actually spray on you as a regular shower. "

"Everyone was very kind and helpful. They truly made you feel like a valued guest and wanted to make your stay perfect. Rooms were recently renovated and lovely (though on the smaller side) and super clean. Decor was upscale and we had a great view of the stunning mountains. Upon arrival we were also given a bottle of wine which we enjoyed on our own terrace after hiking to all the mountain monasteries. Tsikeli’s Boutique Hotel is best!!"

"My family and I had a lovely stay in Kalabaka. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of Meteora. The bed was comfortable. We arrived in the hotel slightly earlier than the check-in time and was able to check-in right away, the receptionist kindly stored our luggages for us after checking out too. Totally recommend staying here! 10 out of 10!"

"This charming property is right off the drive to the monasteries. The hotel has gorgeous grounds, super-friendly staff and a scrumptious breakfast! The bed is huge, soft and comfy. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to the view with a balcony - that view is breathtaking! "
