"Main gripe is there was no hot tub. It was listed as amenity on the description of the property. A gas grill would be a nice addition, but it was not promised. Loved the hot water and number of bedrooms. And fire pit. We had a great time overall and would consider staying there again!"

"Arrived at 4pm for check in with no check in instructions. Took host 45 minutes to get to me with check in conditons. Once we entered property, the conditions were disgusting to say the least. Floors were dirty with dirt and crumbs, towels were dirty, dishes left in sink, couch my children were expected to stay on has stains and was dirty, defecation and urine in toilet and the bathroom sink had several hairs on it. "We had a lovely Thanksgiving at the Hobbit House! Nina was very helpful ahead of our visit and even sent me photos of the pots and pans to make sure we had what we needed to cook everything.
