"I booked and paid for a 1 bedroom apartment, but got a studio instead, because “we were only 2 people”. The TV didn’t work. The guy who met us at the spot was extremely grumpy and not friendly at all. Apartment condition was ok. "

"We chose this location because of its proximity with Mt. Vitosha that we wanted to hike on. The apparthotel complex is very modern and functional. Inside we had a big living room with 2 sofas and everything for kitchen. There is a huge frige. The bedroom was nice and the beds comfortable.Everything squeaky clean. "Well equipped and spotless. Excellent instructions for A/C, coffee maker etc. A little noisy due to local building work and landing flight-path for Sofia Airport, but the double glazed doors/windows easily reduced the noise to tolerable levels and certainly didn't interfere with sleep."
