Flavia at the reception was excellent. She was available via WhatsApp 24X7 and gave me recommendations of things to see, places to eat and shop. I should give her an 11/10 honestly. The only thing that did not go as well was the AC. The technician was called immediately when I reported am issue with it but guess he was not able...

"Great location, beautiful view of lake from their garden. Short walk into town. Nice size room. My only negative is the WIFi was not the greatest in my room so had to go downstairs if I wanted to download anything. My friend had no issues with the Wi-Fi in her room. Breakfast was fine, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cheese, bread, coffee, fruit. Would definitely stay there again if I were in the area."
