We were greeted by Yeni again at check in which she was so sweet and we were even surprised with a room upgrade!! The room was absolutely stunning with a gorgeous view of the serenity pool and ocean! The food is amazing at all times and room service is 24 hours! We went to the Beach Bar after their kitchen closed and they still accommodated to us and made sure we had some dinner. There’s a buggy to transport you to and from the lobby to the street, possibly even to Seminyak Square. Housekeeping is twice a day and they're soo fast. Overall the amenities and staff are all amazing. I'll forever be staying at Alila when I visit Bali. "
