"The property is good my only problem was that there’s no elevator and my room was on the third floor and I have problems on my knees would of taken a first floor room if I knew there was no elevator, but other then that is nice "

"We come to Puerto Rico every year for thanksgiving with our kids and grandkids (3,11,16,19,21,22). I simply cannot truly express how amazing this time was due to the amazing house and hosts. We have a wide range of ages and the house has something for every one. We ended up spending more days just at the house than expected because of the amazing view and amenities. The hosts are beyond amazing!! They responded immediately if we had any questions and made us truly feel at home. We can wait to...

"This is a house that is right on the Caribbean Sea. The outdoor area is as beautiful as the pictures describe. There is a swimming beach about 300 feet from the back door. The property owner was very responsive. The location is on the West side of the island 2.5 hours from San Juan. 15 minutes from Rincón, 45 minutes from Gozalandia waterfalls; an hour from Parguera. The home is residential area and seemed very safe. We chose to eat at house and grocery store was less than 10 minutes from home....

"This top floor apartment is spacious and very well equipped with an outstanding patio looking at the ocean. A short but beautiful walk to the beach through a luscious jungle presents you with two options. Turn left and walk for miles along a beautiful stretch of beach (Solitude) is mostly uninhabited, aside from one condo complex. Shacks beach snorkeling and the blue hole is only a mile away. "Proper was nice, clean and roomy. Contacted the property mgr a couple of times with the first time on Sunday, on the key for the casuta door and was advised that someone would come out and no one did. We contacted again on Wednesday and still no one had showed up like we were told. And we checked out today which is Saturday. "

Cocoloba has a privilege location right at Crash Boat beach.

"Location is fantastic. Host was very accessible. Unit looked like the pictures and was very clean. There was rain and the parking area flooded a bit and it was difficult to access the entry. This is our second stay at Cocoloba and we will be coming back again. "

Every room has it's own AC unit, bathrooms very clean, kitchen comes with all the things you want and need. Smart TV allows you to smart stream from a mobile device. "The property is good if you are looking for a “glamping” sort of stay. It’s deep in the mountains, 45 minute drive up from the main roads/stores. Upon entering the drive way is a hazardous rock which caused us a flat tire, and several others as we were told by the care takers. The inside of the house is very out dated. There is a lingering mildew smell in the air, and when you open the kitchen drawers and cabinets the smell is very heavy and you can actually see the fungus growing inside of the...
