Also, a note that the apartment is up a fairly steep flight of stairs, which would be important know if someone has a disability. Four adults is stretching it for comfort, but doable. "We were super happy with our unit. The three bedrooms were good size. The TV in the main area was easy to set up with our gaming system. The kitchen and fridge we also good size and can handle a fair amount of groceries. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The deck was nice and had a beautiful view of the river and dam. If we come back to Alma, we will most certainly stay here again and perhaps rent an additional unit for more friends we'd like to come out with us. "

"We loved the property - we were a little nervous about being noisy but ended up not having neighbors in downstairs. We walked all over Lake City and the weather was wonderful even though it rained on our way out. A/C worked perfectly, beds were very comfy. It was myself, my 15 year old son and his friend. "My friends and I fell in love with this sweet cabin, the town of Pepin and the nearby towns up and down the river. The location of this space is excellent. Walkable to a couple of great restaurants (Harbor View Cafe! What a gem!) and the marina. The balcony had great views of the river, even with the boats up for the winter, and great sunset views. The train is a frequent passerby, but the white noise machines in each bedroom made it a nonissue. I will definitely be back! "
