Also, a note that the apartment is up a fairly steep flight of stairs, which would be important know if someone has a disability. Four adults is stretching it for comfort, but doable. We really did enjoy our friends Christmas!"

"My husband and I stayed in Connie's apartment in Zumbrota for a weekend. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed the thoughtful snacks, water, coffee, and tea provided to make us feel at home and welcome. Connie's communication with us was excellent, check-in and check-out was very easy, and she did a great job providing us with helpful information. The location was great. A gas station/convenience store, grocery store, restaurants, and fun shops were less than a block or two...

"Very clean older home with lots of charm. It’s been updated nicely and we felt safe and comfortable. Great location too. My only rec would be to update pillows on the bed (glad I brought mine from home. Pillows were very thin and no support). But this is not a major deal at all. Shower is great and amenities are nice. "We were super happy with our unit. The three bedrooms were good size. The TV in the main area was easy to set up with our gaming system. The kitchen and fridge we also good size and can handle a fair amount of groceries. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The deck was nice and had a beautiful view of the river and dam. If we come back to Alma, we will most certainly stay here again and perhaps rent an additional unit for more friends we'd like to come out with us. "
