"The check in process was easy, finding parking and the room was also easy. The room itself had some things lacking. There were two drawers for storage, which is not enough for three people. There was no closet to store clothes to hang. The shower didn’t have any shelf for shower items. The hallway smelled of paint, and the paint job on the doors did not look right. The carpet in the hallway looked really nice and it matched a painting in the room. The TV worked and the beds were comfortable....

"We had a group of 13 people total (6 adults and 7 kids ranging in ages from 5 months to 7 years old) and there was something there for everyone! The fenced off pool made it feel very safe and secure, and we did pay extra to have the pool heated, which was well worth it. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool and the play structure and sand! The house had plenty of space for everyone to socialize, eat and sleep. The only issue we encountered with this rental was the pool stopped heating one day...

"Great house. As advertised. Way on the outskirts of Phoenix, but an easy drive to plenty of shopping, food, and sports. Very nice neighborhood."
