Behold a family fun paradise. This 1/3 acre property is perfectly appointed from the fine finishes to the absolute fun for all backyard.

Do you like to swim? Perfect! We have a 10,000 gallon, heated, play pool with a basketball hoop. Dunk on that! (pool heating optional @ $50 per night)

Do you like to watch the kids play while you take a sip of your favorite Strawberry Margarita? Perfect; we have a complete playground on site including 3 swings, rock climbing and it is just FUN!

Do you like to play basketball? Perfect; we have a full half court regulation-sized basketball court right in the backyard. Play a little one- on-one or grab Grandma and have her become the point guard to your 5 on 5 team. This basketball set up comes with an adjustable hoop if you need to lower it for the young ones. This isn't a cheesy portable backboard; this is the real deal sports court for all night fun with lighting for late night free throws.

Do you like to lounge around and watch TV? Great! All of the bedrooms are fixed with flat screen TVs with DirectTV. Also some of the TVs are smart TVs so if you want to watch some Netflix have at it!

Wifi is strong and very reliable! 120 Gigabits per second fast. Fast like a Nascar.

Plenty of onsite parking! Up to 5 vehicles (plus more on the street).

Did I mention the beautiful Arizona sunsets?

The property sits on over 1/3 of a private acre and backs up to huge pines for absolute seclusion from the neighbors.

The host was excellent with timely response to any enquiry we had. The backyard was great and kept both kids and adults entertained. House could use some updating however (fresh paint, new cushions for outdoor furniture). We really enjoyed our stay!

This house was perfect for our family. We loved the yard and the heated Pool. The owner was great to work with. It was close to baseball fields. We had such a wonderful time. I would stay here again!!

We had a great stay at this house. Serge was great to respond quickly to communication. The whole family loved and enjoyed the backyard. The extra cost to heat the pool was worth it. The basketball hoop, play set and pool were used a lot.

Lots of beds, great location great backyard
There was plenty of space for our two families, with kids ranging from 1 to 13. The kids loved sleeping bin the bunk beds, and adults and one teen even got king-sized beds. We spent a lot of time outdoors on the basketball court and playground, and the dining table was a good enough size for all of us.

60th Anniversary Celebration
Worked for everyone! Loved the backyard where we could just hangout and enjoy family time together. Could use a few updates and supplies in kitchen. Serge was great to work with!! Thanks for the memories!!

Everything is old!
The outside part of the property was amazing, but the inside was one of the worst we’ve ever had. It was disgusting! The bedding was gross, the towels were as old as they get, the kitchen was filled with random unusable utensils. Clocks weren’t set, we had to plug in our own lamps, blinds didn’t work, etc. such a shame they couldn’t take care of it more since the outside was so fun. Much more of a party house, than a family destination.

Awesome Fun!
My family came down for a wedding and stayed at Casa De Funtastic. Serge was so gracious as a host. 15 of us stayed at the home and WOW! The home was nicely decorated and much larger than anticipated. Plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was fun. The basketball set up was really cool. I played college ball and was getting smoked by my 16 year old nephew. The bedrooms were huge and there was plenty of cooking supplies and bedding. Thanks again Serge. I will be coming back with the boys for a golf trip in a few months. I will definitely give you a call!

Family College Graduation Celebration
We enjoyed staying at Serge property and very grateful that he was a great host. The house and backyard was roomy and lots of space for 18 people and more to enjoy. The pool was fantastic, we enjoyed it very much and the basketball court was a lot of fun. We also had a great time lounging in the backyard. Our graduation gathering for my daughter was great we rented tables and chairs and had a beautiful celebration. It was nice and peaceful and we enjoyed it very much. Love that there was a big table in the kitchen so that we all could laugh and enjoy each others company. The location was great close to a lot of stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay at Serge's place in the future. Thanks Serge we appreciate you allowing to stay at your house and have a celebration for our daughter's graduation party. MO

Nice for our family, but some TLC would make it perfect
We enjoyed our stay. Our grandkids loved the pool, play set, and basketball court. It was also nice to have television in all of the bedrooms, so video games could also be enjoyed. We were a little disappointed in the so-called 5th bedroom with the trundle bed. We were forced to rethink sleeping arrangements once we actually saw the house, but it worked out. The outside areas need some attention. Grass is spotty and ragged looking. The pool fence is a bit wobbly, and all the outdoor cushions are a little shabby and dirty looking. The house inside was clean, though. We would stay again.

Pros: Location. Close to anything & everything. Backyard. Amazing. We paid to heat the pool (in December) and was well worth it. Serge was a great communicator and came right over to fix a door knob that fell off. Master Bath is great. Cons: So many dusty, dirty items. So much dust/dirt on baseboards could be seen with naked eye. So many (over 10) fake plants crawling with dust. As stated above, a doorknob randomly fell off, one light switch was barely on in main bath. Also, every single cupboard was sticky when grabbing to open. It really is just fatigued. It needs a DEEP clean & fresh paint at best.

Clean, beautiful neighborhood, perfect location
We had a great time! Serge is very easy to work with. I have stayed at a handful of places through VRBO and this was the easiest check-in and check-out I have had. He was flexible and always willing to help! We stayed when the temperature was 113 outside. The only issue we ran in to was that the two rooms converted to bedrooms from the garage were pretty warm. Serge offered to come over and change out the filter but we felt like given the heat the A/C was doing the best it could. I appreciate the willingness to come over and check it out though! The backyard was amazing. Despite the heat we still spent quite a bit of time in the pool. It was great! I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in the Phoenix area for anyone who has kids and wants activities to do at the house!

Family Weekend getaway.
Property has lots of space, plenty of beds, blanket, and towels. This house had everything we needed. The backyard had something for everyone the kids enjoyed the playground and everyone enjoyed the pool, grill, and basketball court.!
