"A great flat that has been thoughtfully and generously equipped. It’s really helpful in St Ives to have a garage. We were tempted to spend hours gazing out of the bedroom or living room windows at the spectacular view of the beach and sea. After a while you become completely tuned to the state of the tide and the height of the waves. "My son and I stayed at the cottage as we waited for our new home to become available, and it served as our first step in our new life in the area. It provided much-needed comfort and cosiness in a transitional period of our lives, as we explored the area and my son began his time in a new school. The owner was very responsive to questions. It definitely has a lived-in vibe: the owner lives there when not away, and it gives the property a very particular character!"

"Didn't stay here much, a friend used it a few nights though, and I visited. Totally my mistake, last minute looking after a puppy meant I couldn't use. Such a real shame, because I'd have had an amazing holiday here otherwise."

"The staff are amazing at this hotel. The breakfast was great and buffet with porridge/a range of cereals /fruit/yogurt etc. lovely bread too! We had a sea view and it was amazing looking over the beach and the small train . Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel team. Thank you x. We will come again soon. Ps bus stop right outside the hotel to many top places to visit. Train station a few yards away to Penzance, st Erth and more! "
