"My husband and I (and our pup) enjoyed our stay here! While the weather did not cooperate as we hoped for a weekend of hiking, the cabin was very cozy and we enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and spices for cooking. I'd definitely recommend visiting when it's warmer to take advantage of the fantastic wrap around porch and firepit!"

"We had a great time at this cabin! The location was perfect, secluded and private in the woods but a short drive to activities! The cabin was really cute and cozy. The beds were comfy. The hot tub was awesome! There were plenty of amenities and items for our entire stay! The property manager was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. "

"6 bedrooms, hot tub, good size, well- furnished kitchen. A Table big enough for 13 of us to all eat together. However, Kids’ bedroom quite cold, bedroom blinds did not block light ( missing slats) and neighbors kept floodlights on all night."

It was a great property in terms of spaciousness, amenities and close proximity to the slopes. The kids had a ball and loved the theater room. The owners were very responsive to our queries. "We didn’t spend a lot of time on property as we are an all women’s hiking group, so spent our days exploring the region, but while we were on property we enjoyed the well appointed kitchen, fireplace and hot tub. In the cold of winter the fireplace really took the chill off! The train that occasionally came by was hardly noticeable. Would stay here again. "

"The cabin was very beautiful everything inside is modern and the host makes sure you have everything you need during your stay.They keep everything clean and they have special treats for you like popcorn or chocolate plus they keep the kitchen equipped with a variety of spices. The hot tub was really fun in a cold day, me and my partner enjoyed it so much. Definitely coming back!!"

"The home, location, and amenities are nice. Nice view from the deck and hot tub area. The fire is nice in the winter and the home has a cozy feel. The memory foam beds are also nice. The wifi is pretty spotty so if you have teenagers, be prepared! This is a nice part of Virginia!"
