"House was nice and we enjoyed our time there. Deer greeted us morning and evening and walked right to us, kids loved it. Location was great for our skiing trip. The drive way was super steep and was a problem for a flat lander like me and my minivan. That was the biggest area of concern for us. "

"Beautiful place convenient to all of Massanutten and Harrisonburg. Great layout with en-suite bed/baths, fully appointed kitchen, comfy seating areas and wonderful back yard area!! We all had a wonderful time together in this perfect home!"

"We didn’t spend a lot of time on property as we are an all women’s hiking group, so spent our days exploring the region, but while we were on property we enjoyed the well appointed kitchen, fireplace and hot tub. In the cold of winter the fireplace really took the chill off! The train that occasionally came by was hardly noticeable. Would stay here again. "

"If you want to be off the beaten path away from civilization this is the place for you! Don't stress about the drive up the hill to the house, it is steep but not terribly difficult. Just take your time. Amazing views and fun to explore the property, there is a small stream down the hill. "

"The view from our cabin was gorgeous. We were in close proximity to Shenandoah National Park which was the purpose of our stay. Their rules are quite strict but we knew that going in. There are no toiletries provided which they also mention in the welcome letter but it would be a nice touch to include a bar of soap at least."

"First time I used Vrbo. Too many "rules" at the house, especially about the garbage. Info book in the house needs to be updated. Hot tub did not work. Please let guest know what sort of coffee maker is included in the home."
