"Well provisioned apartment in a great little town. Excellent base for any number of activities in No. Wales. Good literature detailing local attractions. Views are mostly of the trailer parks on either side of the house. No outdoor seating area. Cleanliness has room for improvement. "

"Great to be self-catering when most pubs and cafes are closed. Very quiet, plenty of space. Parking easy, nice stroll to town, close to the Huelfre gardens . "

"Location was superb. Very basic accommodation- only two pillows on bed, absolute minimum should be two pillows per person. (We needed to use the cushions off the lounge as well as the bed) Little extras like “fresh”teabags, box of tissues and hand soap for bathroom basin would be nice, bed or couch throw for extra warmth. "

"Very clean, well equipped first floor flat overlooking the beach. Fabulous view from big, bright lounge with two comfy sofas. Beds also very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Llandudno seemed a lovely town and plenty to see and do within an hour or so drive. Also benches and beach to sit and relax on the doorstep. Owners communication was excellent and would highly recommend"

"Lovely garden flat, immaculately clean, very well equipped with everything one could possibly need!. kitchen is a fully functional, shame about not having a seating area, a drop table with a couple of stools would have been perfect!? Would definitely come again!"

"the rooms were very nice and clean, the downside was on the days that the weather was bad, we were cold, the little heater in the sitting room did not warm up the room. The window in the kitchen was open and was too high to reach and close. The shower stall could do with some sort of mat to prevent anyone slipping and hurting themselves. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The hallway and stairs to our room was always clean."

"Very cute, modern and enjoyable. Outstanding iews if Conway and bay. Access via back wirlth very uneven steps was awkward, esp wirh suitcases and nowhete close to park. "
