"My family and I travelled to Sugartop recently can not speak more highly of our experience there. The property was incredibly family friendly, the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Our kids absolutely loved the indoor pool area. The proximity to Sugar Mountain was ideal. Our host (Denise) was amazing as well. "This was a hard review to write. Technically, everything was presented as listed. However, there were no extra blankets and it took the unit a long time to warm up after arriving to thermostats set at 55, outdoor temp was 15 with an overnight low of 10. The beds only had sheets and a thin coverlet, burrr. The beds need some attention. The king mattress has obvious indentations , like you basically look at it made and see exactly where the “other” bodies laid lol. The bunk bed was so loud ,...

"I had an awesome stay here! When we arrived the property was super clean. The views were breathtaking and the sunset were so pretty a great view from the balcony. The drive to sugar mountain to ski was very close and the roads are very well maintained. I will definitely book here again! "

"Great stay, but the only thing that's keep me from giving it five stars is that I left an expensive pullover in the closet and I've contacted the location several times with no follow-up. I know it's my fault that I left it behind, but dang, You think they'd at least call me back to let me know the person who has it is enjoying their new pullover"

"Where to start first you can't park near the building. You have to park and get shuttled in a van with other people to building. Half the lights and light switches didn't work. There was a broken lamp in the master room and a picture broke off the wall and was laying on the couch. The bedrooms were crammed full of furniture where you couldn't walk around the bed or hardly move. The master bedroom had a door to the neighboring unit so you can hear their conversations. "You can only describe the view and sunset by experiencing it first hand. Very nice inside and great bedding."

"When we arrived it was 4 degrees and cold to say the least. Condo was clean and comfortable and just a few steps off the slopes. The only issue was could get living room baseboard heater to work but owner had a freestanding one to help. Excellent time and we will be back but hopefully alittle warmer skiing weather. Thanks for allowing us to stay! Recommended "
