"Jo Stephen are warm and welcoming, very friendly and attentive. The hotel is perfect for us, warm clean and cosy, a wonderful location, with the most magnificent views of the bay. "Immaculate property and a great breakfast. Only let downs were finding a previous guests’ toenail clippings on the floor and left in the wooden panel above the bed (seriously, who does that?! grim!). The main disappointment was the seriously poor sound proofing. The rooms are adjoining so in terms of sound, it was like living with room mates with the adjoining room. For the amount spent on finishing, hard to understand why the soundproofing was neglected. Other reviews seem to complain about the...

"A very comfortable and quiet stay in this guesthouse. The on-site manager (owner?) was extremely welcoming and helpful and nothing was too much trouble which made for a relaxed stay. I have a room overlooking the sea with the bed facing the window so I sat in bed and enjoyed the view!"
