"It was our second time staying here. This time we decided to bring the whole family including 2 grandchildren under 5 yrs old. as before, the villa was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with high chair, cot and stairgate. Staff are excellent, especially David. They even did cleaning and changing sheets on Xmas Day! The location is amazing with beach nearby."

"Thirteen friends on a early summer holiday to Portugal, what an experience. The villa is situated in the heart of Budens, easily accessible from Faro airport (<1 hour drive). There are many lovely beaches on the south and west coast, and Lagos or Sagres are no more than 20onutes drive away. We had some great hikes, runs, beach days, pool days and BBQs and would recommend the villa to anyone. The hosts were fantastic, timely in replying and had some great food recommendations. "We were very happy with the location. We had a few minor issues which were handled very quickly and professionally. The house is lovely (really more space than we needed) and very walkable to nearest beach. Host left several recommendations, which we appreciated & heeded. We will definitely return. We enjoyed the pool! If we had any constructive criticisms it would be to have small soaps & possibly small complimentary shampoos. "Spacious villa in a quiet area with great outside space. The pool is a good size and was more than large enough for our family of 3 adults and 2 children. Location is good however we chose to drive into Carvoeiro which was a 5 minute drive. Communication with Villa manager and Frank was easy. Would recommend and will certainly stay again. "

"what an absolutely charming little flat. we couldn’t have asked for anything better. the location was perfect - a wonderful stroll to the town - having our own pool was a real treat though too chilly to swim hanging out beside it with a lovely beverage was perfect - had a few barbecues in the evening and enjoyed many local restaurants. the flat was clean and cozy and had everything you needed - just like home 😊 thank you and we will be recommending it to our friends"

"Very hard to find the property until we understood the Pin system in Portugal. Excellent villa, huge clean pool. Well equipped, good beds and furniture, very roomy. "Lovely villa , comfortable , spacious , clean , everything we needed in the kitchen . Pool was great . Hot tub was extra . Arrived late first night , neighbour reported us for being noisy -two kids in the pool . Hands up , yes they were excited , had been travelling all day and yes there is a ‘quiet neighbour ‘ scheme between 10m and 9am . But no one mentioned the local dogs that bark constantly 24/7 , I’m not talking one or two , I have never heard so many dogs barking in one area . Honestly...
