"We chose this lovely apartment for it's proximity to the town, beach, bars and restaurants. Being in the town you'd expect noise but not singing, shouting and antisocial behaviour until 3am every night. It was too hot to close the French windows at night so suffered the caterwauling until the pub's closure. We returned to the UK exhausted. The apartment itself is very clean, has amazing views and is excellently equipped. If you're looking for a quiet holiday in a bustling town...avoid."

"We had the most amazing stay at Matt and Gabrielle’s property. The place is so well equipped, left us wanting for nothing. The location was ideal, very central and only a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. The communication with Matt and Gabrielle was so welcoming, easy and fast. Sonia was there to greet us when we arrived. Again…very welcoming and she was incredibly helpful. Airport pick up and drop offs were organised for us, and we were accommodated to regarding check in...

"This condo was spacious and well maintained. It has a huge patio where we sat each afternoon enjoying a nice glass of wine. It was extremely comfortable throughout the condo and the bed was excellent for sleeping. Joaquim was a good host and we had no difficulties during our stay. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future. "

A couple of examples would include: 1, vague description of specific property location, (even a local from same condo resort could not, in reading description, decipher it and provide accurate directions for location of property); 2, circuit breaker of suite went, requiring electrician's presence, no fault of owner; when...

"Excellent location, close to Albufeira, and beaches, sheets and towels were not changed at mid point of a 2week stay, which we found a bit odd, there is a washing machine but who wants that hassle when on holidays, everything else was OK."

"We have just stayed for a week but our room has been cleaned 3 times. Absolutely amazing service - the host Andrew and his wife Anna were super helpful and friendly. The place is spotless and in great quiet location close to all beaches, old town restaurants and the marina. And when you come back from all day travelling the pool is the best treat. Would definitely come back it was a great relaxing holiday. Thank you"

"The condo was nice and clean. We stayed for 2 nights with our friends. Beds were very uncomfortable (firm mattresses). Otherwise it was a good place. "

"One of the toilets would only flush once every 4 hours. If you needed it before. You had to fill a large pot of water and dump it in the toilet. The Air Conditioner was a large object in the living room that sounded like a Construction Crew at work. Little cool air that never made it to the bedrooms."
