The staff are exceedingly good at making sure that guests feel welcome and taken care of during their stays. In particular, we would commend Mr. Ganga (our personal concierge), Ms. Nila (who graciously received us at check-in), Ms. Dewi (excellent host for our breakfast), and Mr Manar (filled in when Ganga was not there). Exceedingly good service requires a team to make it this way and we especially felt it with these people."

Every aspect of the experience is designed to make you feel pampered and well cared for, including the kids! We stayed in a Regency Club room, and it was worth every cent. The food options were abundant, and what truly stood out was the attention to my son’s dietary needs—being Coeliac, he was personally approached each day by the staff to ensure his meals were prepared separately and safely. This thoughtful and proactive service made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable, allowing us to relax without worrying about his food restrictions. We will return to this resort the next time we are in Bali, we loved everything about it. "
