"The host for Villa Wirada confirmed our stay in Dec. 2024. Just prior to our travel, the host wrote to say 'sorry I double booked your dates' and I'll find you a like property, which I agreed to. BIG mistake. The property he booked us in was disgusting on every level. fecal matter in the toilet, musty smell in the rooms, dirty sheets, no clean water, etc...he billed us the same price for Villa Wirada, which I imagine is nice. Always pestering me asking me to give him a copy of my passport (which I already did) and give him a copy of my visa and questioning me like he was suspicious or something. We didn’t expect that!

"Odin at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. She even accompanied us to the room which was quite a hike from the front desk. It’s a huge hotel complex with 9 buildings in a gated area. The place looks like one big park with walking/biking paths and shuttles to the beach. The breakfast was amazing with huge variety of food selection. Dinner items were very delicious and the staff so friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and it was a nice cap to our vacation in Bali. "

Excellent Hotel

"This hotel was excellent. I honestly cannot find a single fault. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had to take my son to hospital and all the staff at the concierge desk were amazing and supported me. The staff who took laundry and restocked the mini bar and took the luggage down were absolutely fantastic and wonderful. The staff in the clinic were amazing and they really helped us l. Mey the nurse was brilliant and the GP who came to see my son was great. A brilliant and caring and really friendly hotel I will be coming again soon. The food here is unbelievable, best food at an all inclusive hotel that I have been to. All the staff go out of their way to help you. Please can you give the staff a payrise as they are ALL amazing and helpful."
