"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel, and as we had read that there was no lift and a lot of stairs, we asked for a room with minimal stairs. When we arrived, Joseph offered us an amazing suite on the same floor as reception and the restaurant, for a small supplement. We had an amazing view of the stunning main pool and a bath with a wall like the moon behind! Breakfast was excellent, as was dinner and staff were extremely nice and helpful.
