"This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. No towels no toilet roll absolute disgusting also had a smell to the house. I would...

The property was perfect for all our differing needs, Teddy especially loved the tractor, swing ball and all the toys whilst I adored the downstairs shower and my friend loved the quiet surroundings. There were a couple of fixtures which need attention, and would have liked the hot tub to have had a constant bubble setting, but other than that had a wonderful stay. We were very impressed by the letting agents communication and efficient reply to our queries."

"Dear Lewis, thank you for our experience in your home. With 2 small kids it is sometimes a challenge to find such a warm and safe place. Even the toys in the wardrobe, the baby cot and the gate were there we arrived. Communication with you was so effective, we were absolutely impressed. "We booked this as we we're spending the day at bike park wales and it was perfect location, clean, comfy, and definitely coming back.."

"Property was not well looked after. Blinds were missing from Windows, surfaces had not been cleaned, the kitchen was missing many essential items such as forks, broken glass outside the back door, last guests dirty laundry left in the dinning room, the list goes on. Really put a downer on the first day of the holiday. I don't expect to have to provide essentials like forks and kitchen knives and clean on arrival. Manager of property was initially understanding but is now ignoring my emails."

"Lovely cottage but on a noisy road. Beautiful garden. Everything we needed including food essentials on arrival. Bonus to be able to park off road at the end of the garden. What puts us off staying again however was the bedding. Did not smell clean and fresh, pillows old, flat and stained, duvets the same. No smell of fresh laundry. We bought some pillows at Tesco on the first day as we didn't want to use those supplied."

"The barn is very well equipped and felt like home. Situated on a small holding very close to the Black Mountain and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The kids enjoyed cuddling the baby lambs. Woyld highly recommend for a break in the Brecon Beacons."
