"Property was just as described. Clean and well stocked. River in back yard is great and so peaceful. Only complaint is that there is futon beds which is great but no extra blankets at least we couldnt find any would be nice to include some. They do warn about a sensitive well system which is great but sensitive does mean sensitive we got a short shower and a small load of dishes and we were out of water for a bit. "Best rental I've ever had"

"We all flew in for a long weekend get together. Some skied, some went to galleries and shopped. Restaurants in the area were excellent from Tex-Mex, to fine dining to brew pub pizza. We all enjoyed being together at the Blue Elk Casa. Star gazing was really good from the upstairs outdoors patio. "

"Really good overall stay. Somewhat dated and in need of repair, like the kitchen…dishwasher not attached, unusable microwave still installed. Listing says 6 people…do not see how 6 people could fit. Two bathrooms but master bath has ONLY a bathtub…no shower which is so strange. One television that has limited viewing for any kind of wifi tv service. "This was a great place to stay in Taos. Very easy check in process. Very clean property. We were a family of 4 with 2 kids ages 10 & 9 and another couple. Plenty of space for us to be comfortable. The property was close to a supermarket and pharmacy. 30-35 minute drive to Taos Ski Valley. Loved the hot tub and fire pit. Unfortunately didn’t have time to try the sauna.
